There is a required houseboat
deposit of $500.
| All Houseboats must be out of the marina before
6 pm Eastern time to give you sufficient time to find a cove
and tie up for the night. Late arrivals will spend the first
night at the marina for your safety. Houseboats are not permitted
to operate after dark. Late turn-in of boats will cost $50.00
per hour late fee. Rental is from 4 pm to 10 am Eastern time
on houseboats. (No boarding earlier than 4 pm, and boat must
be turned in back at dock where departed from by 10 am). Boarding
the boat will not be permitted until the contract is signed
and all fees are paid. The person who made the reservation must
be present for check-in and check-out. Click
